Mack's Fit offers two types of personal training: in-person from Columbus, OH and virtual from anywhere! In-person training can be done anywhere between 1-5 times per week. Virtual Programming is a subscription of customized workouts created for you specifically, renewing monthly to give you new workouts. Virtual Training is a subscription of customized workouts created for you specifically, that also includes instructional videos for every exercise and continual guidance from Mackenzie on form, weight reassessment, and weekly check-ins. This training keeps Mackenzie in your pocket for any and all questions that come up. Find the frequency and style that fits your lifestyle below!
